Workplace Wellbeing is so important!
Spending your full 9 to 5 behind a desk can have negative impacts on physical and mental health. So why not take a short break to grab some water, have a chat about the news (not the 'B' word) and take some time for you!
Here's two of our favourite office wellbeing tips:
Step away from your desk - fresh air works wonders, we like to go out on our lunch breaks for a walk - 10 minutes usually does the trick!
If it's cold and raining - grab a warm coat and brollie.
Why not also ask your colleagues if they fancy going with you?
Keep the water topped up!
- keeping hydrated throughout the day keeps your body (and brain) in tip-top condition. By not drinking enough water, you can experience levels of fatigue, headaches and reduced mental performance. NHS Englad recommends 6-8 glasses of water per day! Top tip... keep a reusable water bottle on your desk - that way, you can easily monitor your water intake AND have a constant reminder to keep sipping at the good stuff.
